Checked Out is an overnight sleep-in beauty brand made for people who run on full speed until bedtime. Our products are designed to support wind-down, recovery, and feel-good rituals that actually fit real life — low effort, high comfort, and backed by smart ingredients and sleep-friendly design.

What products do you make?

We currently offer a small set of overnight essentials across lashes, lips, and body recovery, with more launches on the way. Each product is meant to be part of a simple, no-overthinking night routine.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes — our formulas are made to be gentle and broadly compatible, including for sensitive skin. If you have a specific skin condition or are under dermatological care, we always recommend patch-testing first and checking with your healthcare provider.

Are your products cruelty-free / vegan?

Checked Out is cruelty-free. Vegan status varies by product — please refer to the product page ingredients list for the most accurate info.

Are your products pregnancy-safe?

Most of our formulas are designed to be low-risk, but pregnancy and breastfeeding safety is personal and ingredient-specific. Please check the ingredient list on each product page and consult your doctor if you’re unsure.

How To Use

What’s the best order to use Checked Out products in?

 Your night routine can be as simple as:

  1. Cleanse / skincare as usual

2. Finish with your Checked Out overnight comfort products (for lips/body) Each product page includes specific steps and timing.

When will I see results?

It depends on the product and your baseline. Most benefits are immediate (comfort, softness, feel), while others build with consistent use over several weeks. We recommend using products as directed for at least 4–6 weeks to assess longer-term results.

Can I use more than one Checked Out product at the same time?

Yes — our products are designed to layer into a simple nighttime ritual. If you’re using actives from other brands, follow normal skincare rules (e.g., avoid doubling up on strong treatments).

I have sensitive skin — what should I do first?

Patch-test on a small area for 24 hours before full use. If irritation occurs, stop using and reach out to us.

Subscriptions

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes — subscriptions are available on select products so you never run out of your nightly essentials.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose “Subscribe & Save” on the product page, select your delivery frequency, and your order will ship automatically on that schedule. You can skip, swap, or cancel anytime through your account portal.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. Log into your account and manage your subscription any time. If you get stuck, email us and we’ll help.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, with international shipping coming soon.

How much is shipping?
  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $30.

A flat standard shipping fee applies under that threshold. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days in the U.S.. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods or promotions.

My tracking hasn’t updated — is that normal?

Sometimes carriers take 24–48 hours to scan parcels after pickup. If it hasn’t moved after a few days, email us and we’ll investigate.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer expedited options when available in your area. If offered, you’ll see them at checkout.

Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email us ASAP with your order number and requested change. Once an order is in transit, we can’t guarantee edits or cancellations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and express checkout options (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

Why was my payment declined?

Double-check your billing details and available funds. If it still won’t go through, try another payment method or contact your bank.

I entered the wrong address — what do I do?

Email us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update it. If it has shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@checkedoutofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days , depending on your bank.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

What if I received the wrong item?

So sorry about that — email us your order number and a quick photo of what arrived, and we’ll sort it out immediately.
