1. Clean and dry lips thoroughly
   
2. Remove tape from plastic film using clean hands
   
3. Align with lip shape + press firmly. Carefully remove the pre cut breathing hole in the center of the tape.
   
4. Wear overnight, discard after single use.

Note: If a small round piece remains attached in the center, please remove it before applying the patch to your lips. Do not apply the patch to your lips with the seal center piece still attached, and do not swallow the piece.
